Article 1 (Purpose)

Article 2 (Definitions)

'User' or 'you' means a person who uses the Service under these Terms.
'Content' means digital content such as the game and its programs, images, music, items, currency and features; 'paid content' means content you pay for.

Article 6 (Game Data and Your Device)

Article 7 (Account)

This game does not create an account on the Company's server. Platform accounts (stores and game services) are governed by the platform's terms.

Article 8 (Paid Services)

Paid items are purchased through the platforms below; payment and billing follow each platform's terms.
Google Play — Google Play's billing system — payment and billing are handled by Google.
App Store — App Store in-app purchase — payment and billing are handled by Apple.
Before purchase, the total price, contents, quantity, period of use, delivery timing and whether and how you can withdraw are shown on the purchase screen. Limited-time and personalised offers cannot be bought after the displayed period. If you pay in a foreign currency, the amount charged may differ from the displayed price because of exchange rates and fees.
Paid currency and items are provided for use in your account and, unless the Company allows otherwise, cannot be transferred to another account or exchanged for cash. Components included in a paid product are not excluded from statutory refunds merely because they are labelled 'free' or 'bonus'.

Article 9 (Changes to Paid Content)

Before making a change that materially affects the core content or period of use of paid content you have already bought, the Company will tell you what will change and why, and take the steps required by law, such as obtaining consent, providing a substitute or refunding.

Article 10 (Random Items)

For random items, the types and the probability of each are displayed in the game, on the website and in advertising (Korean Game Industry Promotion Act, Article 33(2)).
Changes to probabilities or contents are announced as and when the law requires. If what is supplied differs from what was displayed, the Company will correct it, refund or compensate as required by law.

Article 11 (Withdrawal of Purchase)

Your right to withdraw from a purchase depends on where you live. Users in the Republic of Korea may withdraw within 7 days under the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce (Article 17), subject to its exceptions for digital content already supplied. Article 12 (Refunds)

Cancellations and refunds can be requested through the procedure of the platform you paid through or through the Company's support. Even where platform policy does not let the Company cancel a payment directly, the Company remains bound by its legal obligations and cooperates in the process.

Overpayments are refunded within 3 business days of receiving the information needed. Only where the overpayment was caused by your own fault, without intent or negligence on the Company's part, do you bear the actual cost of the refund within a reasonable range (standard mobile game terms, Art. 24).
When a refund is made, currency and items received from that purchase may be recovered. If part of a bundle has already been used, it is settled according to what was used and the applicable legal standards, without any penalty deduction. Refunds are made to the original payment method, and unless the law allows otherwise you will not be required to accept in-game currency instead of money.
If you could not use an item due to the Company's fault, the Company will re-grant the item or refund it.

Article 13 (Purchases by Minors)

When a minor makes a purchase, the Company informs them that the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract if it was made without the guardian's consent. If a minor makes a purchase without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel it (Korean Civil Act, Article 5).
However, cancellation is not possible within the scope of property the guardian has allowed the minor to dispose of (such as pocket money), or if the minor deceived others into believing they were an adult.
Outside Korea, purchases by minors are governed by the law of your country and the platform's parental controls. Whether a purchaser is a minor is determined from the device used, the person who paid and the payment account holder; to cancel, please send the payment record and documents showing the minor and the guardian. We recommend using the app market's parental purchase controls.

Article 14 (Prohibited Conduct)

Conduct permitted by law, accessibility aids and tools the Company has allowed are not prohibited.

Article 15 (Restrictions and Appeals)

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the Company may take proportionate measures such as a warning, restriction of features, suspension for a set period or termination, considering the nature, intent, repetition and harm of the violation. Detailed criteria are published in an operating policy, which may not contradict the law or these Terms.
The Company notifies you in advance of the reason, the measure, its duration and how to appeal; where urgent action is needed it acts first and notifies you without delay.
If you disagree, you may appeal by e-mail or similar means, stating your reasons, within 14 days of the notice; the Company replies within 15 days of receipt or tells you why it needs longer and when it will reply. If the appeal is justified, the restriction is lifted and any necessary restoration or settlement is made (standard mobile game terms, Arts. 20–21).

Article 16 (Advertising)

The Service currently contains no third-party advertising.
Marketing messages (e-mail, text, push) are sent only to users who have agreed to receive them; you can opt out at any time and will then receive no more (standard mobile game terms, Art. 16).

Article 17 (External Services)

Where the Service connects you to services of other businesses (platform sign-in, payments, ads or links), we tell you who operates them and on what terms, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply. The Company's statutory responsibilities do not disappear merely because a feature is provided by another business.

Article 18 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content the Company created belong to the Company or the rightful owner. You may use the Service as these Terms allow, and may not copy, distribute or adapt it except as permitted by law or by the right holder. This does not restrict uses permitted by copyright law.

Article 19 (Privacy)

The Company processes personal information under its Privacy Policy and carries out separate consent or notice procedures where required (optional items, provision to third parties, international transfers, marketing, etc.). Article 20 (Termination by You)

You may terminate the contract at any time by deleting your account in the app or by e-mailing us. The Company verifies your identity only as needed and tells you beforehand which data will be deleted and whether it can be restored.
After termination, personal information is deleted or kept only as the law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy. Even without registration, requests about personal information can be sent to cs@galaxynuts.net.

Article 21 (Discontinuation of the Service)

If it becomes difficult to continue the Service for serious business or technical reasons, such as a business transfer, the end of a contract or a significant decline in revenue, the Company may discontinue the whole Service. It will announce the end date, the reason and the compensation terms on the game screen or a linked page at least 30 days in advance and notify you individually as described in Article 24 (standard mobile game terms, Art. 13).
If advance notice is impossible, for example because of an urgent legal order or a disaster, the Company will notify you as soon as possible and take steps to reduce harm.
Unused paid content, and paid content with time remaining, will be refunded under applicable law and the content user protection guidelines; the discontinuation notice will state the refund criteria and how to apply, and a refund and inquiry contact will remain open for at least 30 days after the end of the Service.

Article 22 (Damages)

If the Company or a user breaches these Terms and causes damage to the other, they shall compensate for it, unless there was no intent or negligence. These Terms do not limit liability for the Company's intent or gross negligence or consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law.

Article 23 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for being unable to provide the Service because of force majeure, but a failure of an external network or platform does not excuse the Company's own management failures.
The Company is not liable for damage caused by maintenance, replacement or regular inspection of equipment, for problems caused by your intent or negligence (lost device, unlinked account, prohibited conduct, etc.), or for features you cannot use because you changed device, operating system or carrier — unless the Company acted intentionally or negligently or you had an unavoidable or justified reason.
The Company is not liable for damage in connection with services provided free of charge, except in cases of the Company's intent or gross negligence (standard mobile game terms, Art. 27).

Article 24 (Notices to You)

Individual notices are given by means you can see, such as in-game notices, the mailbox, push notifications or an e-mail address you gave us. Notices to all users may be posted in the game for at least 7 days instead of individual notice, except for matters that are unfavourable to you or material, which are notified individually (standard mobile game terms, Art. 28).

Article 25 (Disputes and Governing Law)

You may use dispute mediation bodies such as the Korea Consumer Agency or the Content Dispute Resolution Committee, or the courts, without first having to contact the Company.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting the rights given by the mandatory consumer protection and data protection rules of the country where you live. See 'Regional terms' below.
Any lawsuit shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act, without unfairly limiting your statutory rights such as suing in the courts of your place of residence.
If language versions differ, they are interpreted in line with the law and what you could reasonably understand; if any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect.

Regional terms

Republic of Korea

If you live in the Republic of Korea, the Korean version of these Terms applies, including the withdrawal rules of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

European Economic Area

If you are a consumer in the EEA, these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you have your habitual residence (Regulation (EC) No 593/2008, Art. 6(2)), and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of domicile (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, Art. 18(1)).
Right of withdrawal: you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the contract without giving any reason (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 9). For digital content that is supplied immediately, you lose this right once supply has begun if you gave your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, and we confirmed this to you (Art. 16(m)). After a valid withdrawal we reimburse you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise, and without any fee (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 13). Your statutory rights regarding the conformity of digital content are not affected by the withdrawal period or by losing the right of withdrawal.

United Kingdom

If you are a consumer in the UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the part of the UK where you live. For digital content supplied immediately, your right to cancel ends once supply begins if you gave express consent and acknowledged that the right would be lost (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

United States

If you live in the United States, nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your state.

Other countries

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.

Regions where the Service is not offered

The Service is not offered in: Mainland China, Russia.
